After graduating from the Paris ESCP business school, Nathalie Franson Pavlovsky started her career in financial auditing at Price Waterhouse Coopers, before moving swiftly into the luxury and fashion arenas.

Nathalie Franson Pavlovsky spent 11 years at Chanel, where she gained cross-disciplinary experience of the sector through her responsibilities in several departments such as financial control, supply chain and international markets. She was then appointed COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Christian Lacroix, and finally spent five years as CEO of Azzaro.
